Leoniede Mary Brennan is an experienced intellectual property attorney and registered patent attorney who has spent her career helping individuals and companies of all sizes to identify and protect their intellectual property and to build, maintain, and protect their intellectual property portfolios. Lee understands the importance of your innovations, your ideas and your brand to your business, and knows how to protect them.

Lee has multi-faceted intellectual property experience and focuses on patent preparation and prosecution, opinions relating to patentability, validity and infringement, freedom to operate assessments, due diligence investigations, and trademark clearance and registration. She has experience in a wide array of technologies including Medical Device, Chemical, Mechanical, Life Sciences, BioTech, Pharma, Mechanical, Computer Software and Hardware, Microchip Fabrication, Business Methods, Consumer Goods, Designs and many others.

Lee received Bachelor’s Degrees in Chemistry and Biology from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, and a J.D. from Hamline University School of Law (now named Mitchell Hamline School of Law). She is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the state bar of Minnesota.
