Patent Attorney and Founder

With the war for talent keeping talented people, a couple of tech founders I’ve dealt with said they’ve run into situations where their top engineer, top person, or a couple of people have bolted. For example, because of better pay and better benefits packages, and that is a very key area. Between, for example, LLCs and C corporations, how you structure benefits and benefit packages, and I mean, this is even a more separate niche of the law.

LLCs are great, I think they’re pitched by a lot of companies out there, maybe a lot of lawyers, as very versatile, one size fits all, and they are very versatile. But they’re not one size fits all; it really devils in the details. So, when you talk about your vision, different things you want to do, employees, that’s where it really pays to talk with somebody that does this.
