Hi everyone! I’m J.D. Houvener, the CEO here at Bold Patents Law Firm. I’m excited to share with you today about one of our trademarks. We’ve assisted our long-time client, Christine Brecht, who is a physician practicing out of her office, Aesthetic Rejuvenation and Spa. She is the principal and the surgeon there, specializing in cosmetic and rehabilitation surgery.
What we did is we successfully obtained a registered mark for her, as you can see here, at the USPTO. It’s a nice logo with the color lavender, designed to protect the unique identity of her practice. This mark represents her and the physicians at the spa who do fantastic work in cosmetic procedures for their patients.
This quick update is a big congratulations to you, Christine! Congratulations on building your business and taking the necessary steps to prevent anyone else in the market from using that specific logo and design. It’s a significant move to protect your brand.
