Every parent knows the struggle: babies love throwing their spoons on the floor. But guess what? There’s a simple fix. Just attach a pacifier clip to the baby’s tun and hook it onto their shirt. Voila! No more spoons on the floor.

But here’s the kicker—the baby tun is made right here in the USA, designed and created by me. Now, who’s ready to help bring this to babies everywhere?

We even brought some samples to share with the Sharks. By the way, meet Cassidy—she’s 10, going on 34! And she’s even brought a special treat from Hawaii—baby food!

When Cassidy was 7, she entered a local science fair, and that’s when her journey began. She designed her first prototype for this product in first grade. Check it out, here’s the one she made back then! It’s amazing that a simple idea, like a baby spoon that won’t fall, could turn into a real business.

And guess what? She’s already sold $5,000 worth of her product since launching in 2018. Pretty impressive for a 10-year-old! Her cost is $6.60 per unit, and she sells them for $15.

As for her pitch on Shark Tank, she wasn’t just looking for a quick deal. It was clear she’s more than ready for this. She’s not in it for fame—she just wants to make a difference.

The Sharks were impressed by her passion, maturity, and determination. Even though one Shark bowed out, they all agreed: Cassidy is going places. And to top it off, her product is on a patent—yes, a 10-year-old inventor has her name on a patent for a feeding spoon design!

A design patent is all about the shape of the product—how it looks, the lines, and even the little details that make it unique. Her patent’s already been granted, and it’s a huge win for a kid so young.

It’s inspiring to see a young entrepreneur like Cassidy succeed. I wish more schools would offer opportunities like this—encouraging kids to explore product design and entrepreneurship.

And it didn’t stop there—after Shark Tank, Cassidy and her family licensed their patent to a company called Munchkin. By 2021, the deal was done, and as of 2024, you can find the product at major stores like Target, Walmart, and Amazon.

Talk about a success story. This was a simple idea that turned into something huge—and all because one determined 10-year-old had a great invention.
